Village Hall hire rates from 1 July 2026

The Village Hall can be booked on either an ad hoc basis or for recurring weekly or monthly use subject to availability. The rates set out below are for ad hoc single use bookings. If you have a requirement for a regular recurring booking, please contact the bookings secretary at bookings@cookhamdeanvillagehall.com to discuss your needs.

The Old Pavilion Hire rates from 1 July 2025

The Pavilion can be booked on either an ad hoc basis or for recurring weekly or monthly use. The rate for ad hoc single use bookings is £12 per hour. If you have a requirement for a regular recurring booking, please contact the bookings secretary at bookings@cookhamdeanvillagehall.com  to discuss your needs.

Important to remember:

• Weekdays run from Monday morning through Friday afternoon (excluding Bank Holidays). Weekends run from Friday evening through Sunday evening.
• Payment for all bookings must be made in advance of use of the hall.
• The booking time period starts from hall entry through departure. Please allow for set-up and clearing up/cleaning time.
• The hall must be left in the condition it was found. The Village Club reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to pass on any additional professional cleaning costs incurred, should the hall not be left in an acceptable condition.
• CDVC member discounts do not apply to organisations unless that organisation is a member.
• CDVC members must be fully paid up at the date of booking to take advantage of the discounted rates.
• The hall must be vacated by 11.30pm to minimise noise and disruption to local residents.
